stomach body에서 antrum 까지 위치한 위함, perigastric lymph node 의 종대도 보임.
췌장 침범은 없는 듯.
장막까지 침범이 있는 듯.
복강내 원격장기 전이는 없는 듯.
폐 하부에 작은 결절이 보이는데 이것은 전이인지 다른 것인지 구분이 모호.
