-> 폐동맥 고혈압을 동반한 경도에서 중등도의 삼첨판막 폐쇄부전
4. Loss of a Awave in mitral inflow d/t AF(E/E’=15.2)
-> 심방세동으로 인해 정확한 승모판막 내입을 통한 이완기능 측정이 어려움
